Hyatt Regency Taghazout

The cleanliness of the entire hotel and rooms, the breakfast, the staff were all exceptional and professional (every single one of them), the infinity pool, the location, the beach. This hotel is truly a gem. I commend the management, keep up the good work!

This Hyatt is close to perfect. Excellent service with extremely nice personnel, lovely pools (we especially liked the adult pool with an ocean view), very comfortable beds, nice sun beds by the beach. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I've ever had. We felt perfectly comfortable as two single women as well.

The hotel deserve the 5* however as always the people make the place what it is not the layout. Great staff very helpful - Genuine kindness and smiles, from my guy who served the towels by the pool to the managment who printed out our boarding passes. Special thanks to Nassima who we met every morning - managed to get some extra humus as my mom’s favourite part of her breakfast. Also have to mention Reda who get a cake as a suprise for mom’s birthday as well welcomed us on our arrival. Had a great massage and enjoyed my short break. Great food - lots of options. Only 3 days but felt they know us well enough as a friend. I won’t hesitate to return.

Exceptional Experience Our stay at Hyatt Regency Taghazout was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, the service exceeded all expectations. At check-in, the front desk staff noticed that it was my husband’s birthday and kindly upgraded our room — such a thoughtful gesture that made us feel truly welcomed. The next day, we were surprised with a complimentary cake from the hotel, which was a lovely and personal touch! The hotel itself is impeccable. Housekeeping maintains a very high standard of cleanliness, and the rooms are beautifully designed with every detail thoughtfully considered. The mattresses and pillows are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. The showers are spotless and work perfectly. We also appreciated the attention to detail with the water — not only are large bottles provided in the room, but small bottles are also replenished regularly so that you can easily take them on walks. A special thank you to the hotel manager, Houda, and the restaurant manager for their outstanding hospitality and care. They made our stay even more memorable with their warmth and professionalism. We have spent six nights in Hyatt Regency Taghazout, and it felt like six nights in heaven. From the very first moment, we were welcomed with warm smiles and extremely polite and friendly words. In the whole stay we only experienced positive, obliging and helpful staff members. From the hotel we could reach the surrounding villages without problem. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and definitely has the well known Hyatt standards. The rooms are sparkling clean and very spacious, the beach and pools and inviting, the fitness rooms are inviting and last but not least the breakfast is AMAZING! We left the place relaxed and happy, and the vacation was a blast. I absolutely recommend and will definitely choose Hyatt Regency if back in the area.
